If you are a company, when you contact us we ask you to provide us with some data that we need to provide you, technical datasheets, company newsletter information, quotes, availability etc…

These are, for example, the data we ask you for:

– name and surname,
– address,
– e-mail,
– information request.

DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
We collect the following data through the services you use:

– technical data: for example IP address, browser type, information about your computer, data relating to the current (approximate) location of the tool you are using;
– data collected using cookies or similar technologies: for further information, please visit the “Cookies” section.

1. HOW DO WE USE THE DATA COLLECTED?
We use the data collected to offer you our service every day, to inform you about our commercial activities or to offer you a more personalized service in line with your interests.

1.1. TO INFORM YOU ABOUT OUR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
We use the data collected, if you have expressly given us your consent, to inform you about promotional activities that may interest you.

In particular we use them for:

– communicate promotional, commercial and advertising activities on events, initiatives or partnerships of watchMONTRE, via email, sending SMS or push notifications; only if you are a professional, for telephone calls via operator, customer care service consisting in the offer of dedicated services during sales and after-sales;
– carry out analysis and reporting activities connected to promotional communication systems, such as detecting the number of emails opened, clicks on links within the communication, the type of device used to read the communication and the related operating system or the list of newsletter subscribers.

2. IS THE PROVISION OF DATA MANDATORY?
The provision of personal data is optional for promotional and profiling purposes and any refusal to give consent does not have negative consequences on the provision of the service offered on the website www.watchmontre.com.

3. WHO ARE THE SUBJECTS OF THE TREATMENT?
3.1. DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller is MILEO STEFANO in the person of its legal representative pro-tempore, with registered office located in Nonantola MO (IT), Via Golfiera 16, VAT number 03957880366.

3.2. SUBJECTS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED
The data collected in the context of the provision of the service may be communicated to:

– companies that perform functions strictly connected and instrumental to the operation – including technical – of watchMONTRE services, such as suppliers that provide services aimed at reviewing and verifying advertisements, suppliers of direct marketing and customer care services, companies that provide archiving, administrative, payment and invoicing services, associated companies that provide technical components for the provision of some service features;
– administrative and judicial bodies and authorities by virtue of legal obligations.
Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union to be processed by some of our service providers. In this case, we ensure that this transfer is carried out in compliance with applicable legislation and that an adequate level of protection of personal data is guaranteed by relying on an adequacy decision, on standard clauses defined by the European Commission or on Binding Corporate Rules.

4. HOW CAN YOU OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DATA, MODIFY IT, DELETE IT OR HAVE A COPY OF IT?
4.1. ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA FROM YOUR PRIVATE AREA AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT (OPT-OUT)

4.2. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
The cancellation will be carried out within the expected technical times and in compliance with the retention period specified in the following point 5.

4.3. EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS
Any natural person using our service can:

– obtain from the owner, at any time, information about the existence of your personal data, their origin, the purposes and methods of processing and, if present, to obtain access to the personal data and information referred to in Article 15 of the GDPR
request the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, limitation of data processing in the event one of the conditions set out in Article 18 of the GDPR occurs, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of personal data, processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected and/or subsequently processed
oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons and as provided by law, the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection and processing of personal data for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. Each user also has the right to revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation
receive your personal data, processed on the basis of a contract or on the consent of the interested party, provided knowingly and actively or through the use of the service, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another data controller without impediments

5. HOW AND FOR HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE STORED?
The storage of personal data will take place in paper and/or electronic/computer form and for the time strictly necessary to satisfy the purposes referred to in point 1, in compliance with your privacy and current regulations.

For direct marketing and profiling purposes, we process your data, according to the consent you have provided, for a maximum period equal to that provided for by applicable law (respectively equal to 24 and 12 months).

For the purposes of developing and improving the service and related features, the personal data of the active user may be analyzed and stored in aggregate and pseudonymized form for up to 36 months. Such data is confidential and for internal use only.

For the same purposes and greater security of the service through moderation and prevention of conduct contrary to the conditions and editorial rules of watchMONTRE – also in collaboration with the Authorities – the announcements, the contents generated by the user on the platform and those relating to his identification (with the exception of requests for assistance to the Customer Service, the conservation of which follows the life cycle of the user) will in any case be stored by the owner, in a protected form and with limited access, for a period of 36 months. Such reserved contents will be for internal use only and may be provided by the owner only to the Judicial Authority or to the user’s defender for justice purposes.

Invoices, accounting documents and transaction data are retained for 11 years in accordance with the law (including tax obligations).

In the event of exercising the right to be forgotten by requesting the express cancellation of personal data processed by the owner, we remind you that such data will be stored, in a protected form and with limited access, solely for the purposes of ascertaining and suppressing crimes, for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of the request (except as indicated above regarding data used for moderation and prevention purposes) and will subsequently be safely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Finally, we remind you that for the same purposes, data relating to the telematic traffic of active users, excluding the contents of communications, will be retained for a period not exceeding 6 years from the date of communication.

6. HOW DO WE ENSURE THE PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA?
The data are collected by the subjects indicated in point 3, according to the indications of the reference legislation, with particular attention to the security measures provided by the GDPR (art. 32) for their processing through computerized, manual and automated tools and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated in point 1 and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.

In compliance with applicable law, an anti-spam verification system is active on communications between users. The data entered therein may be verified for the sole purpose of identifying illicit activities or content that does not comply with the General Conditions of Service, but will not be processed or communicated for commercial or promotional purposes.

7. FURTHER INFORMATION
7.1. SURVEYS
We may ask you, while browsing, for your availability to participate in targeted surveys in order to know your opinion and the degree of satisfaction with the services provided. These surveys may be carried out directly on watchMONTRE.

Within the surveys, you may be asked, optionally, to provide an e-mail address in order to receive news and information on watchMONTRE services.

We remind you that participation in surveys is entirely optional and that you can always object to such processing.

7.2. POSITION
When you use watchMONTRE applications and services or with active location detection, we may collect and process information about your current (approximate) location. This data is processed anonymously, in a format that does not allow the user to be personally identified and is used for the sole purpose of facilitating the use of certain location-based features of the service. You can activate/deactivate location services at any time by accessing the settings of your browser and/or device as follows:

go to “Preferences” > “Privacy” > “Location Services” and turn off location for Safari

open Chrome chrome://settings/content/location and remove watchMONTRE from the list

open Chrome and select “Site Settings” > “Location” and remove watchMONTRE from the list

Firefox
-Desktop and mobile

open Firefox and go to about:preferences#privacy, search for “Permission” > “Location” > “Settings” and remove watchMONTRE from the list

Internet Explorer
-Desktop

Open Internet Explorer, click on the “gear” icon and select “Internet Options” in the privacy panel, under Location press the “Delete Sites” button

7.4. SEARCH ENGINES
The information relating to the ads placed on watchMONTRE will be visible in searches carried out in the internal search engine and may be made available to third-party search engines as indexing of content by third-party engines is permitted. In the event that the page relating to the ad has already been removed from watchMONTRE, it is possible that the cached copy will remain among the search results for a few days. The search results are not managed by watchMONTRE, but the user can report the removal of the page and request the update of the cached copy directly to the third-party search engine.

7.5. APPLICATIONS AND RESEARCH AND SELECTION OF PERSONNEL
The data controller makes the “Work with us” page available to consult any open professional positions at watchMONTRE and reserves the right to evaluate the applications received for the purposes of selecting and searching for personnel.

The selection and search for personnel may also take place through other channels specifically dedicated to this, such as, for example, job search portals and/or social networks dedicated to the professional profiles of users (e.g. Linkedin). The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the owner or, where required, the consent of the interested party. In the event of a spontaneous application by the interested party, the processing may be based on the adoption of pre-contractual measures for the purposes of hiring.

In any case, the CVs received and the data processed by the owner for specific selections may be stored and re-evaluated for subsequent searches for professional positions compatible with the candidate’s profile, provided that they are carried out within a maximum time frame of 1 year. The candidate may oppose the processing of his/her personal data at any time by writing to the staff@watchmontre.com mailbox

If you apply, remember to include in your CV the declaration with which you consent to the processing of personal data for the selection purposes and avoid including sensitive personal data (such as health status, religious, philosophical or political beliefs) not relevant to the job offer.

7.6. SOCIAL NETWORK
The data controller makes available its social channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to allow users to express their opinions and receive assistance regarding the services offered. Personal data are processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the reference social networks as well as in accordance with the privacy policy of watchMONTRE always available on our official pages. The processing of such data occurs solely for the purpose of responding to requests sent by users and for the purposes of developing and improving the service pursuant to the previous point 1.1.

8. CAN THE PRIVACY POLICY BE CHANGED OVER TIME?
This information may be subject to change. If substantial changes are made to the use of data relating to the user by the Owner, the latter will notify the user by publishing them with maximum visibility on its pages or through alternative or similar means.
